We’re more than just “at the track.”
You see us every race weekend at the track. Everyday our goal is to be present connecting, encouraging, and supporting those working within the INDYCAR, INDY NXT, and USF Championship Series. As someone who’s involved, your job is tough enough but if we can help make it a little better, then it’s all worth it. Over the years, we’ve seen the lasting impact this sport can have on a person’s mental state, marriage, their family and even their faith.
Which is why we’re more than just “at the track.” We’re here to come along side and provide support all year, not just during the race season. Whether thats a deeper level of care for you, a deeper level of care for your family, or helping you in your faith, we’re here for you. The following are some of the resources we have available. Care for you
Racing is a tough sport. Not to mention, everybody in it is tough. Until they’re not... Racing is one of the hardest, most challenging work environments there is. An environment full of the highest of highs and the lowest of lows. One of high pressure, high stress, and full of difficult people. It’s a place where many struggle to show weakness or be honest with how they’re doing. All of which results in mental health issues, marital problems, and parenting struggles.
The good news is no one has to go at it alone. It’s hard to ask for help, we get that, but it’s what we are here for. Our team is here to encourage, guide, and support you. We are connected to an incredible team of counselors who just want to help you become your best. Racing is tough but you don’t have to allow it to take its toll on you or your family. Care for your family
17+ races, lots of testing, travel issues, not to mention extended shop hours are just a few trials that keep you away from your family. While we know it’s tough on you being gone, we also recognize how tough it is on your family as well. Even the smallest challenges can seem like a mountain size set-back while you’re out on the road.
At Indycar Ministry, we have established a Family Care Team. In addition to what we do at the track, our care team wants to show up and help when things get tough at home or when a celebration is in order. Whether it’s home struggles, death of a loved one, or exciting moments like graduations or babies being born, we’re here to help! From providing a meal, visiting in person to talk or pray, to just being a voice on the other end of the phone as someone who truly understands. Counseling
We all have limits. There are seasons in life that can get the best of us. The industry we work in is demanding and requires more than we can give sometimes. In the same way your car and driver can’t run the race alone, neither can we. We all need help sometimes. Whether thats in our marriages, our kids, or us personally. In order to be our best we have to take care of ourselves.

Following Jesus while working in racing can be difficult. Between the schedule, busy Sundays, and the unique rhythm of life in motorsports, it can be a hard place to live out your faith. Which is why we’ve created a few resources to help in the day-to-day grind of being a Jesus follower in the paddock.
Want to know the one non-negotiable in all of this? Going at it alone. We all need others to walk alongside, encourage, motivate, and help us become who God created us to be.
